Who we are

AIDENTA (aidentaindex.com) is run by Temur Mahmudov ("we", "us"). "You" means the vendor taking the featured listing.

What you get

For the period you have paid for or been given free, your product is shown at the top, ahead of all unpaid listings, with a Sponsored badge, in its category on the Tools page and on its category page, and in the task lists it appears in.

• Each category or task list shows at most three sponsored products. Before you pay, we confirm there is room for yours.
• Each placement covers one listed product. Featuring another of your products is a separate placement.
• We may change the site's design and which pages exist. Wherever your product appears in a category or task list, it is shown ahead of all unpaid listings and labelled. Short outages don't count as a missed period.

What stays the same

• Your listing is checked against your own website like every other. We write the description, and pricing comes only from your website. Paying doesn't let you choose the wording, leave out facts, or change how other tools are described.
• The placement is always labelled, and links to your site are marked as sponsored.
• We don't promise any number of visitors, clicks, enquiries, sales or search rankings.
• We never ask for a link back to AIDENTA as a condition of a placement or a discount.

Who can take one

Your tool must be listed and keep meeting our listing rules (see About). We may decline any request for a featured listing.

Price

• Your price is the one in our offer email. Prices start at US$19 a month or US$190 a year per product, and we may quote more for larger vendors or some types of product.
• Founding places go to the first 10 vendors whose featured listing starts, free or paid, in the order they start. A vendor counts once however many products it features, and a place stays used even if the placement later stops.
• The first three founding vendors get their first three months free for one product.
• Founding vendors keep their price for as long as their placement continues without a break.
• We may change our other prices. A new price applies to you only from the first paid period that starts at least 30 days after we email you about it.

Paying

• Prices are in US dollars, plus any taxes that apply. You pay in advance, through the payment link or invoice we send.
• Nothing renews or is charged automatically. Before each paid period (a month or a year) ends, we send a payment link or invoice for the next one. If it isn't paid by the date on it, the placement ends when your current period does.
• When free months end, nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by emailing us. The placement stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded.

If we end it early

We may end a featured listing early if your product stops meeting our listing rules (for example, your website no longer shows it, or it is no longer offered to dental practices), or if you seriously break these terms and don't put it right within 14 days of our email. We may also end it for any other reason, including closing the site or no longer offering featured listings. Unless we ended it because of a breach you did not put right, we refund the unused part of your current paid period, in proportion to the days left.

Your information

Information you send us about your product must be accurate. We still check it against your website before it appears.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for a featured listing is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms. A change applies to you from the first paid period that starts at least 30 days after we email you about it. It never raises a founding price or shortens free months already agreed.
